I have been really slacking off this week. Craig had to be to work early most days this week and I just can't peel myself out of bed before 6 AM. Today's run wasn't too bad in spite of my laziness. I really tried to stay in my THR and actually stopped to walk a few times when I got in the high zone—I'm going to try to focus on this more again. It was really humid though which made it a little less enjoyable. Next week isn't looking promising unless Anna & I actually head to the Y for a change. I am really ready for the heat to die down although I know it probably won't until October.
