Anna & Sarah "exchanged" gifts at the hospital. Anna gave Sarah a flowery elephant from H&M and Sarah gave Anna a stuffed mouse and a puzzle to work on while visiting the hospital. Anna instantly fell in love with the mouse (she likes the puzzle, too) and said the mouse's name is "Mama Mouse" and she has a "baby mouse in her tummy." Mama Mouse now pals around with Daddy Cat and Pink Noisy Cat and is on equal status with them.
Anna started calling the baby doll we bought for her in December "Baby Sister Sarah" and was wrapping her up "like a baby" and taking care of her. I think that is a step in the right direction toward accepting Sarah into her life anyway!
