Laura had been posting on Facebook about missing HEB Guacamole so we invited her family & Minsue's family up for Mexican night (we also made fresh tortilla chips with the corn tortillas that Scott sent us). After dinner we walked over to SAS to enjoy the Fourth of July celebration. Laura is Darcie's friend (Minsue & I know Darcie from Korea; Laura knows Darcie from Texas) and just moved to Singapore a few weeks ago. It is a small world!
